Recently Geest Line were contacted by Edgehill Associates to transport a number of large concrete beams from Trinidad to Dominica which were used in the construction of the new bridge in Roseau Dominica. The beams were larger than container size and required all involved including the port authorities of Trinidad and Roseau to pull out all the stops to get these large and heavy beams to destination.

The shipment required exact co ordination between our agents Multiship and HHV Whitchurch to make sure this large shipment was loaded and discharged in a timely manner ready to be delivered as required.

James Rodney from our agent HHV Whitchurch recently visited the site to monitor and observe the progress being made. The bridge connects the Bath estate community with Goodwill and it is encouraging to see another successful project near to completion.

Even in these times it proves that major infrastructure investments are being made in the Caribbean and we look forward to participating in future projects.
