We have to congratulate Nancy Sanson who is this year celebrating her 20th anniversary of service with our French agents, SAS.
Nancy joined SAS in May 1989 and was assigned to the Geest agency section in 1993 when the line first started a service to the French West Indies from Zeebrugge.
She has been a key member of the bookings team ever since, having worked tirelessly with great dedication in this role, earning a high level of respect and appreciation from customers and colleagues alike. In today's business environment it is unusual to find an employee with such tenacity and longevity of service and we must also congratulate SAS for their part.
We were pleased to welcome Nancy on a recent visit to our offices in the UK, along with SAS sales manager, Nathalie Hauguel, who is also a key player within SAS. Nathalie is a more regular visitor but it was Nancy's first visit since our move from Southampton several years ago and a great opportunity for us all to catch up with one another again face to face. Nancy and Nathalie also took the time to inspect our Portsmouth operations and we were relieved that these met with their approval.

Both ladies were able to find their sea legs, travelling back to Le Havre from Portsmouth on board ‘Agulhas Stream'. Not quite the ‘QE 2' but an interesting finale for the visit and we are grateful to Captain Ramos and his crew for kindly looking after them.
Once again we would like to thank Nancy for all her good efforts and we hope she will continue to work with SAS on our behalf for many years to come.
