We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you contact us about products and services or goods.  We will also record information about you when you contact us to receive information about a service, or if you are submitting information in relation to a service we may provide.

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, IP address, and information regarding what pages are accessed and when.  If you request a quotation for, or arrange, a shipment service then details of the cargo will be shared with relevant customs, government bodies, and auditors for compliance, as well as insurance providers where required.  If you purchase a service from us, your payment card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below.

We may use your information to: carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and us; seek your views or comments on the services we provide; notify you of changes to our services; process a job application.
